North or South from I89
Take Exit 7
Follow road to the 3rd set of traffic lights and bear right
at that intersection, this is Airport Rd. (You will see the
Central Vermont Medical Center to the left of that intersection.)
After turning onto Airport Rd. you will need to take your
immediate right onto Granger Rd. (The Central VT Chamber of
Commerce will be on your right.)
Go approximately a 1/4 mile up this road and First In Fitness
will be on your left.
Follow drive all the way to the top and you have arrrived.
